Here is my video review:
Ricoh GR IIIx Ergonomics

- enough buttons, clicky and with good fealing
- the screen operation is one of the best – VERY responsive!
- NO EVF but you can add an OVF
- very light camera
- poor battery – I’m getting maximum150 shots with some tricks to keep help battery not to drain

Ricoh GR IIIx Features:
- internal memory (it’s a life saver)
- silent leaf shutter
- 2 stops ND filter
- crop features 50/71mm
- hot shoe
- 3 stops IBIS
- pocketable
Ricoh GR IIIx Manual Focusing Options – Leica perfection
- snap focus 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3.5, 5m and infinity
- macro mode 0.3
- you can use the zone focusing system very easy (also you have a scale that shows you what you have in focus)
Ricoh GR IIIx AF Speed
- AF in daylight very good – you can rely for normal shots (for unpredicted scenes use snap focus)
- AF in low light acceptable if you know what you are doing
Ricoh GR IIIx Image Quality

- the lens – very good separation of the subject
- 3D pop and 3D rendering at all apertures f2.8-f11
- Ricoh GR IIIx Jpegs – gorgeous!
- I like very much hard monotone and positive film
- the raw files are very good and nice to work with
- ISO usable till 6400/12800 but it seems a little bit noisier than other cameras in the category (X100V/XF10 etc.).
Conclusion

- the best every day carry camera to have on you for street, landscape, family photography in my opinion!
- Ricoh GR III/IIIx is not a beginner camera – so I would recommend to have some experience and some knowledge before buying this camera
- Ricoh GR IIIx is ideal for getting the decisive moment
- Extraordinary field of view – the 40mm will help you get nice compositions (easier than 28mm)
- very light and superb ergonomics
- the internal memory it’s a life saver
- urban edition has a very interesting painting and color, the metallic gray with the navy blue ring is a perfect match. The camera is reflecting beautiful colors depending on the light, but also remains stealthy for the human eye – it doesn’t scream, look at me, but its more inspiring than the black one. You need to secure it but for this you have many options, don’t rely on a flimsy hand strap because it can fall very easy (because is so small and light)
